Greeley Estates (http://www.greeleyestates.net) was involved in a car accident last night and rolled their trailer. As a result, their show tonight in Tempe has been cancelled.
last night a semi-truck going eastbound on the I-40 just inside the new mexico/texas border had a bunch of lug nuts blow out and lost a tire. that tire rolled across the freeway, across the median and landed smack dab in the center of the right lane of the westbound I-40, which is where we hit it. it lodged under our front chassis and bent the steering column, causing us to fishtail horribly and we did a 180 on the freeway and rolled our rv and trailer in the middle of the freeway. the engine caught fire and, thank god, semi truck drivers behind us were able to stop in time and help keep us from getting hit from behind while we were crawling out of the wreckage. one of the truck drivers had a fire extinguisher and helped put out the engine fire.

we were all able to help each other climb out the front drivers side door and a busted out living room window (which were the only ways out of the rv on that side), and our singer ryan's back was busted up pretty good so we stabilized his neck and helped him lay down outside the rv. the paramedics came and took us all to a hospital in a small town 20 miles away from the accident. we all checked out ok, but we all have some nasty cuts/bruises/and muscle tears. this accident was a lot worse than our last two, so we're not expecting much of our gear to survive in the trailer.

we'll find out more later today as to the extent of the damage, and we haven't heard anything of if and when a reschedule for our show in phoenix will be.

thanks to everyone who prays for our safety during tours. this is huge accident #3 and we're so glad to still be alive.

I don't know exactly what happened but kids on their myspace are leaving comments and my friend sunny from stiletto said the show got canceled tonight because of a bad accident. I just hope everyone is ok.

I will definently post more information as i get it.
