First off, it was a joke.

This year's Bonaroo in fact is very different from the previous years which have pretty much defined it as a hippy event. And no, Im not meaning that as an insult, and I know several people who are hippies (self-proclaimed) are actually pissed off about the direction the event is heading. They're afraid it's going to no longer be that huge "hippy event" that they all loved. So yes, I may have been generalizing the event somewhat... but really, am I wrong? No. I mean, it's the same as saying that generally a most of the crowd at a 50 Cent concert is black, or that most of the crowd at a BSB concert would be teenage girls.

And finally, about calling me a fucking emo bitch and asking how that feels? I don't really mind. Im not really 'emo' in the traditional sense, but I do enjoy that genre of music (along with others) so Im not offended. I may have rathered you call me a dick, asshole, or something that doesn't connotate being female (such as 'bitch' often does) but hey, you can't win them all. So I'll take it.


ps.. if the hippies have better musical tastes than I do (which is commonly shared on this website) ... why are you here? go to a website that has Phish, String Cheese, and Ani DiFranco news.
