Hey man, don't let that drive you away, from what I remember (I'm from about 20 minutes north of where they base) their lyrics and demeanor isn't really directly Christian at all...they're just awesome pop-rock.
Give em a shot.


The new album, though it's not a copy or anything, kind of reminds me of old Weezer. and a naturally talented FUCT-era Fall Out Boy. Also, some Phantom Planet in there.

love abandon kansas! The new songs are like rockin awesome, i heard there Acoustic cd earlier this year and was impressed with the dudes voice. Now they put out ROCKing songs...he kind of reminds me of switchfoot at times , his voice is similar to Jon Foreman. I absolutely would compare them to Weezer good call,

the songs aren't like sell out songs at all they aren't power-pop its just Rock! More bands need to think like this cd before they come out with crazy pop songs
