Series 6 starts on the 18th of September, i couldn't be more excited. This is my favourite show on tv right now, and David Mitchell is probably my favourite person in the entire world. Anyone else a fan?

Can't wait. Saw the trailer last night, looks as amazing as always, just rewatched the majority of 1 - 5 over the last couple of weeks. It's just a shame how shit Mitchell and Webb's collective output is without Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain.

Yeah thats true, there is the occasional decent sketch on Mitchell & Webb - but all in all it is pretty poor. Have you seen their film, Magicians? Its written by Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain, and stars Mitchell & Webb. Its also pretty poor, its hard to get into the characters because they are so similar to Jez & Mark, except they aren't supposed to be the same people. Its like a shitty version of Peep Show.

Regardless of their other work, Peep Show is definitely one of the best British sitcoms in recent years. All the characters are great, the stories are great, the jokes and the chemistry between the characters is brilliant, i'm so excited!

I agree it is one of best sitcoms around. Yet rarely do I watch a funny show and feel so depressed afterwards, it has a strange effect on me that way. But it is endlessly quotable and just flat out amazing at times.

I was a little bit disappointed with this episode I think. It was good, but not great. Though I think that they just needed to get this episode done to set up the whole season. I was very happy to see Dobby in it though, massive geeky crush.

It was decent. I didn't really like Mark in the episode though, he was too happy at the start (although i doubt that will be a problem in later episodes due to JLB going down the pan) and it was completely out of character for him to throw a sketch that was actually funny, so that put me off a little bit.

There was some classic Mark, however, when Johnson was driving away and he said to himself "Its the last chopper out of Saigon." and the whole conversation with Jeremy about finding his "niche." That kind of chemistry between the two main characters is one of the best things about the show. The jokes were pretty standard Peep Show. Super Hans was quality as usual.

Last night's episode was a huge improvement on the first episode, classic Peep Show - the whole boiler/temperature thing was hilarious and the Russian woman was so hot.
