I Am The Avalanche (http://www.iamtheavalanche.com), This Is Hell (http://www.thisishell.org) and The Sleeping (http://www.thesleeping.com) will be touring together sometime during the Summer.

TITA and The Sleeping are opening for Bayside and Halifax in June here in Columbus. Interesting.

Actually, Brandon of Nightmare of You and Travis of This is Hell are brothers. No one in IATA are related to anyone in TIH my knowlege.

Vinnie's brother used to be in the Warped Weeble Wobbles.

not really all that weird, scraps and heart attacks toured with the movielife. same basic concept, just two better bands.

The Bassist for IATA was the bassist for Scraps And Heart Attacks, and we all know that Travis was the singer for Scraps. Sadly IATA is the reason why I'll never get a Scraps reunion show.

But That is some connection there, and when I saw IATA a few weeks ago at Live Trax on Long Island Travis was there hanging out with all of them.

i for one, am very very happy about this. i always miss this is hell, and the sleeping when they come around, and to see them with iata would make me a very happy person.

travis goes to nightmare of you shows too. and yes, kellen was in scraps :).


but they all grew up together so it isn't odd to me at all. vinnie and brandon are very god friends and travis is brandon's little brother. i don't see the issue here.

Here is the real point I would like to make: IT'S A GREAT TOUR!

Who cares how each person is related. All three bands are good (I don't really love IATA but I can enjoy them and I bet they bring some energy live) and I am glad that I will go to a show (location permitting) where every band doesn't sound the same.

Why would anyone hate Bane? That just doesn't make sense if you listen to hardcore.

If we're going to have a "Totally Random Long Island Bands" tour, we can do better than the Sleeping. I'm thinking Gracer should take their place.
