As a runner, I know how big motivation can be. Right now- my pre-race playlist includes:
The Downfall of Us All- ADTR
The Takeover- FYS
Summer Jam- SYG
Burned at Both Ends- With the Punches

Any suggestions that kind of sound like these, especially like Downfall and Summer jam?

Give Up the Ghost "Love American"
American Nightmare "AM/PM"
The Swellers "Tunnel Vision"
MuteMath "Typical" (works for me)

Just some of the songs off a playlist for similar purposes (though I use it more during jogging rather than getting prepared).

And let's not forget about Fall Out Boy's "It's Not A Scene, It's An Arms Race". It worked for some guy in a certain commercial, haha.

To the original author: we are definitely on the same page because I am currently making a pop punk mix cd with 3 out of the four songs you listed. Also, the last 3 CD's I made had Andrew WK on them because I need to be constantly stoked. Here's what I have so far

FYS - The Take Over
Hit the Lights - The Call Out
The Wonder Years - Keystone State Dude-Core
The Wonder Years - Bout to Get Fruit Punched, Homie
This Time Next Year - New Sensation
A Day to Remember - I'm Made of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made of?
Set Your Goals - The Fallen
The Crosstown Rivalry - This is Only Making Things Worse
The Crosstown Rivalry - You Wish You Were Here
The Crosstown Rivalry - With All the Right Intentions
With the Punches - Burned at Both Ends
Slingshot - Bro Etiquette (Local Band)
Four Year Strong - Bada Bing Wit a Pipe!
Four Year Strong - Beatdown in the Hey of Happy
Hit the Lights - Drop the Girl
Hit the Lights - Bodybag
New Found Glory - All Downhill From Here
New Found Glory - My Friends Over You
New Found Glory - Something I Call Personality
Dear Landlord - Three to the Reach
Broadway Calls - Midnight Hour
Broadway Calls - Basement Royalty

I'd hate to be that guy, but maybe try "Crutch" or "Wishing For A Memory" by my band, Lost In A Name.(www.myspace.com/lostinaname) But if you don't like our songs try any Monty Are I songs. They will surely pump you up. Their new album Break Through The Silence makes me want to kick things. Its so awesome!
