It bothers me alot that people are so set on their old stuff and so closed to them ever being anything else that they can't appreciate how much obvious progression they've made. SOTP and IHY are so much deeper and better written than IAH.

I know what you're saying, I like the sound they had on I Am Hollywood but I like it when bands progress and their sound grows as they do. Sure they could have written I Am Hollywood again and again but instead they choose to write whatever they wanted to write and it makes me appreciate their newer music more then the older music.
I haven't heard to much of It Hates You, is it a solid album?

Never really was a huge fan of these guys, but I dig a couple songs on both IAH and 91025.

Hell yes. Fav HIL album.
Suck out the Poison is my favorite HIL album and one of my all time favorite albums
I can't fucking stand IAH besides like two songs and It Hates You continues to grow on me just like SOTP did. Its amazing how much they have progressed over the years and its disheartening to see people hate on them for it
Amen, dude. Its more than disheartening. It's frustrating and i immediately lose a little respect for people that cant get past their own expectations to see how great something is. HIL and Thrice have the same problem with fans.
