View Full Version : Do you attend tons of shows?

We are a new media company that is searching for freelance reporters that attend lots and lots of shows.

You don't have to live in a big city. We want to see all bands big and small in every city in the US.

The only requirement is that you have a video camera and the ability to conduct an interview on camera with a band or a member of a band.

You can also do your best editing and create a 2-3 minute segment of interview/performance. Get as creative as you want with it.


We will be paying for content that we select to go up on our site. So if you are serious about this and want to know more than message me on here.


This is a serious venture. We have just secured financing.

I do attend about a show a week because there is a venue next to my house but I don't have a video camera so I wouldn't be able to do this because I don't have a camera.

Do you know anyone who does have a camera? If you are good at reporting than that is all we are looking for. Don't let a video camera stop you.

I don't know anyone who has a camera that I could use but I would totally do this if I did. I think I would be a pretty good at reporting.

you will get paid for the interview once it is accepted but at this time we won't be paying you in advance.

once a relationship is established and you have proven your worth with a following than we would definitely be sending you to shows, festivals, and events.

in the mean time if you are an avid show goer than this is a good opportunity. if it's not for you than thanks for your interest.

Now the question is,
will we get a pass to interview the members of the bands? Even though we always get to meet them, doesnt mean the we necessarily have time to interview them.

Part of your job would be to get them to make the time to interview. People don't just get things you have to work for them brother. If you want something bad enough you can get it. In answer to your question; no you will not get a pass to interview them. We can provide you with credentials so you look legit at the shows but that is it. It is up to you to perform.

Yeah, by passes i mean anything to make us seem legit, because they wont record interviews with every single fan that came by.
