This is another way to get the Missingo glitch in the original games. You can also did it in Gold and Silver..

Glitch City can be activated by following these steps:

Bring a Pokémon that knows Fly
Go into the Safari Zone and then go back out through the same door twice.
When asked, "Leaving early?", say no.
After being sent back into the Safari Zone, save the game, shut it off, and turn it back on.
Leave the Safari Zone again, and you will be asked if you want to enter the Safari Zone and pay $500, even though you are already in there. Say no.
You will be sent back into Fuschia City. Once you are in Fuschia City, use a Pokémon to Fly to Cinnabar Island.

hahahaha we went down to the mall for the Pokemon 10th anniversary mall tour thing. It was crazy cool. But honestly, I hate how they went on a new pokemon streak and created ink blots and called them new pokemon.

I think I might go get a ruby/saphire and try it on for size though. Just one of those things you gotta accept.
