so i haven't been able to do shit for the last 5 months while i've been rehabbing my torn acl and it fucking blows. this is the longest i've gone without playing soccer since i was like 12. i got one month left before i'm medically cleared and then i'm gonna find somewhere to play because sittiing on my ass all the time sucks.

There was a kid at my high school that tore his ACL on the first day of soccer practice sophmore year, rehabbed it for however many months, then first soccer practice of junior year tore the same one again.
He didn't try out senior year.

I don't know why I shared that, but good luck with rehabbing your knee and getting back to playing soccer.

how'd you tear your acl?i was playing indoor on this shit astro turf at my school, and this guy just ran me over and my leg just stuck in the turf. that was two years ago and i kept playing until about 5 months ago my knee gave out on me while i was throwing a football with my cousin, and finally went to get it checked out.

All my friends(and people I know) who have torn ACLs or MCLs have done it on astro turf. It's just such bad news if its shitty.

All my friends(and people I know) who have torn ACLs or MCLs have done it on astro turf. It's just such bad news if its shitty.yeah this turf was thick and stiff, and it would come up where one piece was supposed to meet another. you had to paraticaly do high knees to get your feet off of it.
