Hey I'm looking for people to possibly start a band with. I play guitar, mostly rhythm. I'm currently in a band but I want to meet some musicians that may actually want to tour

I'm probably most influenced by my favorite bands which include: Butch Walker and Marvelous 3, MxPx, New Found Glory, Limbeck, Midtown, Bon Jovi, Letter Kills, RX Bandits, The Early November, Good Charlotte, Something Corporate, Rise Against, the list goes on... If you like a good amount of these bands or at least their styles of music, this is probably for you!

So basically need bass(doesnt gotta be all complicated)/drums(should be pretty dang good)/lead guitar(I dont mean shredding or finger-tapping, just good hooks over the rhythm, you know?)/ vocalist (that can write some good lyrics and big catchy choruses that people will want to sing along to)

I have a ton of partially written songs, need people with ideas to spice them up and add lyrics to them. I guess its a blend of alternative, pop-punk, emo, arena rock...

if you're into it, let me know.

HERE IS A LINK TO SONGS THAT I'VE WRITTEN (structure, rhythm guitar parts, intros). I'm playing the rhythm parts, intros... they are from my current band and are NOT songs I would be playing in this project, just up there to show my abilities as a songwriter and guitarist:

ALSO here is my personal MySpace page:

I hope to hear from you guys! email me at hoyt54@aol.com or reply to this or most preferred, my personal MySpace. Thank you for your time!

oh and please be between 18 and 25 and no drugs but drinking is cool with me... maybe even a plus... thanks

I cant say much helping you out but you just helped your band by promoting them on here i like it and if the singer works a little bit better on lyrics this band could be pretty incredible.
