Webster is one of the most underrated corners in the league. I get the feeling Williams was not able to get separation at all.


Such a good game. I don't understand why defenses against the Giants continue to give Smith such huge openings. He is Manning's safety valve. He annihilated Dallas time and time again with huge picks ups on third downs and the 1st and 20 to begin the game winning drive.

And wow...Manningham looks legit. He seems to break tackles far better than I assumed and has good speed and acceleration to create separation on deep throws.

All in all a good effort by the offense. Their red zone offense is awful though. I do not know what happened but the 5 yarders Jacobs used to get last year are now 2-3 yarders. In the red zone that will not suffice.

Yeah, the theory floating is that a few teams (according to Deion Sanders) have mentioned contracts in the $40 million range for him. The fact that Deion has heard it means that teams are discussing it, and the league probably should question him for exactly who those teams are (seeing as he is a league employee).
