yea, its seriously pissing me off. Personally, if i were a journalist, i'd get annoyed if all my work was such a pain in the ass to access. I'm sure espn makes enough money to make a free site.

There is a lot more. Maybe I'll eventually buy an Insider pass, but the majority of the shit they throw up is just opinion of analysts who are 9 times out of 10 wrong, and rumors about things that ESPN cooks up to fill airtime on TV, radio, and there website.

on top of the cable bill you already pay to watch their cable station. ESPN has becomes more and more greedy with each passing year and their credibility has really taken some hits. They are all about dramatics and style points as opposed to the legit, objective coverage they used to provide. Now, I can't separate them from Fox News. This whole ignoring the NHL deal is a cheap ploy too, probably to kill interest and lower the NHL's asking price the next time a TV deal comes around.

insider is seriously like 6 bucks a month though. and it works on about 5 IPs at once so just split it between some friends.
