For my 2-D drawing class my next project is taking a movie/TV show and drawing a scene using a manequin (you know those little wooden guys you can show movement with you find them at the art stores), as the characters. I cant do much to the manequins, I have to draw them as is, but with small detail.

For example if I was to do True Blood, I could draw little fangs on the face to show that they are the vampires, ect.

Any Suggestions on movies/TV show?

I prefer ones that not everyone in the class will think of, I know at least 2 people are already doing Harry Potter and Twilight.

thanks!

My old roommate and best friend was an art student and I used to help him with this kind of stuff all the time. You could try:

Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas
Sandlot
Nightmare before christmas
Pirates of the Caribbean
Jumanji

Any of those work for you? I'm trying to pick movies with interesting scenes/scenery. Let me know if I'm on the right track.

Mad Max (Road Warrior)
9 (Nine) new movie out
anything Disney/animated would be relatively easy
