Dear Shitaholic.
Poop is meant to be expelled from the body on a somewhat regular basis. Normal can range from 1-3 times per week to 1-3 times per day. Everybody is different to some degree, but regardless of what is considered "normal" for you, nobody can hold poop in the body for more than a week without developing potentially serious health problems. The simple fact that you say you have not pooped in a couple of weeks indicates that you are already experiencing health problems, or have no concept of time. It is unhealthy to not poop. If there is a blockage preventing the poop from exiting via the normal route, then there is a good chance that you could experience abdominal cramping, bloating, perforation of the bowel and fecal vomiting in the near future. There is more room out than in, and poop is destined to come out eventually.
