I can't remember a more disappointing PPV. I went into tonight with such high hopes, but with Orton getting hurt, that ending to Punk's match, the cheap DQ in the WHC match, and the weak I Quit match, everything just bombed.

The only matches that really entertained me were the IC title match and the tag match.

That I quit match really needed some blood. Its matches like that that suffer from the no blood policy.

Overall though an average PPV, nothing really great happened. Punk/Rey was MOTN even with the stoppage due to blood.

Yup. Batista quit after he lost a qualifying match for Fatal 4 Way to Randy Orton by forfeit because he wouldn't stop whining. Sheamus qualified by beating Mark Henry and Edge beat Cena and Jericho to qualify. R-Truth won the IC title by beating Miz. New Samoans from the Snuka family debuted by attacking the Dynasty.

The new tag team aren't snukas. There Fatus (more specifically Rikishis kids). The women is however snukas daughter. Been wrestling less than a year, only making her debut last september. It showed aswell.

I've never been big on Lay-Cool. Michelle McCool is just annoying and really holds Layla back. Hopefully this whole co-champs thing will culminate in Layla turning on McCool (or vice versa. I think Layla would make a better face).

With Rey losing to Taker, maybe Kofi vs. Drew vs. Rey vs. Matt Hardy for the IC belt? I don't really care for Kofi. I'm not sure what he really adds to the table. He seems too quick for his own good, always botching something. I'm sure it has been said before but I'd really enjoy anyone feuding over the IC belt. I really wouldn't care who it is. Give the title some meaning.

Rumor has it that Drew is finally starting to fall out of favor because people are just not reacting to him. I guess I have to admit, he never got over on me. I wanted him too but he just never clicked, regardless of the situation. It may sound stupid but I swear it had something to do with his ring entrance and attire. Both just seem boring/bland/unoriginal, whatever you want to say there.

I'd also like to see Jericho get a win on this next PPV, he's really losing steam.

He's in an upper midcard role, is well protected as he only loses to main event guys and other guys getting pushed (like Kofi). During his whole ECW run the show was built around him. He was the star. His finish since returning has also been well protected as its rarely kicked out of.

Just because he isn't a world champion right now doesnt mean he's being under utilised.

I agree. His role now is pretty similar to Kane's, except that Christian could still get an actual push in the future. I'd love to see him get one, but he's still a great midcard act.

I think of all the people on the SD roster, Christian is one of the top contenders for when the MITB ppv comes around soon if for no other reason than not too many other people make sense to win. It's between, in my opinion, Christian, MVP, Kofi, and Ziggler from the SD roster. I've heard they're going to have two separate MITB matches, so it makes sense to me to have each match split up between the brands. That's a ways in the future though, so I feel like I'm getting ahead of myself.

ECW was a joke. A "C" show at best. Even his debut was half assed. He's clearly got the talent to be a main eventer on Smackdown, yet here he is working with Hornswoggle and Drew Mcintyre. To me that's being being under utilised.

Between that and the fact that they are ruining Anderson (turning him face), I can't keep focused.

Let's add another injury in WWE. Apparently, Undertaker broke an orbital bone and his nose and suffered a concussion in his match with Rey Mysterio. The guy looked really tired in the match and these injuries are just signaling the end of his career.
