I never knew AFI was in with the TRL crowd? Not that it matters or anything.

Sing the Sorrow was at least...I know that one got some coverage by MTV. Girl's Not Grey I think was on the countdown at some point.


5/12 - Taking Back Sunday on Jimmy Kimmel [ABC]
I have the perfromances from "A Decade Under the Influence" and "Cute Without The E" from Kimmel, they always seem to be at their best on his show

Yeah, but it actually wasn't too bad. They took AFI followed by their fans into the nearby theatre to watch the premiere.

The video was cool.

hopefully tbs is a fuck of alot better than they were on Conan... cause they were GOD AWFUL on Conan.

i'll tune in for most of those im sure.

yeah, i do admit, i liked the new AFI...

its just the regular TRL blowing shit outta proportion that gets to me...

they always do.

i know you didn't include common in this post, but i'm going to be at that conan taping! eeeehehehe. i'm so excited. i wish i had been able to get tickets to the wilco/barack obama show, but well, i can't really complain, especially since dave chapelle's going to be on the show i'm going to too.

also not in this list for the canadian viewers. AFI will be on muchOnDemand on Thursday may 11 at 5pm.

AFI on TRL? what is going on? This confirms they are dead as far as most people who have pre Sing the Sorrow CDs are concerned i think. This is bad news.

they're playing the movie awards or whatever too. i didn't know if this was new or old news, but i just saw it today at ONTD! so it was news to me.

I love Sing the Sorrow as much as the old stuff I have. AFI is very much alive. Go eat a turd.

Edit: That Individual Sound is pretty alright though.
