pretty cool little stage they have set up there. i heard they have trouble getting big bands to play free shows there though. i'd stop and listen if i was walking by.

i've lost interest in them.

in general, i think pete wentz is incredibly transparent.

now that the rocket summer is a part of island, maybe we'll get a chance to see some positive music coming forward. bryce is actually someone who has worked half of his life for all the success he's receiving and is yet to receive.

there is no comparing both bands. sorry but bryce avary is so far ahead of fall out boy in all aspects of a music career [performance, recording, etc.]. his next record will further his career substantially.

I srsly cannot get into TRS whatsoever -- not even one song.

Edge 102, the Toronto rock radio station, claims that it's at 2pm... One of their DJ is hosting it.

I say get there as early as humanly possible. It'll be insane.

if you ever get a chance to see him live, take it.

and if you still feel the same way about his music, thats fine.

i just want to get the point across that regardless of the music he makes - you've got to agree that he puts so much passion into literally every aspect of his career.

i'm excited to see him make his way to the "top".

Honestly, where are you seeing that fall out boy doesnt put pasion into their music and careers? Or is it just easy to say that once a band is mainstream and HUGE that theyve lost all the pasion just because of it?

fall out boy attendees will finally get a show that's worth the cost of admission.

Haha.

But seriously, I wouldn't want to be within 50 miles of this place. The crowd alone will make me want to punch a baby.

i've known about fall out boy for more than four years.

honestly, i couldn't care less that they've received the success they have. its not surprising; i knew when i heard 'take this to your grave' that they were headed for mainstream success.

i have nothing against the band or pete wentz in general.

in my opinion i think the music industry, specifically this "scene" of music is considerably negative.

music is all about perception and opinion.

i look forward to bands like the rocket summer and this day & age receiving the recognition they deserve.

haha shut up and stop being lame. he never said fall out boy wasn't passionate, he just said bryce is INCREDIBLY passionate about EVERYTHING, ALL THE TIME. and this is true. I saw him live, it's such an amazing experience. i've seen fall out boy a few times and it was great, but seriously, until you've met bryce avary, you don't know passion for music.

but wow, the people that said they can't get into a single TRS song, i can't even understand. they are all so catchy and fun and optimistic. maybe they are too upbeat for people? i guess if you are really pissed off or something it might be annoying. but i have never met anyone who didn't want to dance all over the place when they first heard "story". also you could check out "show me everything you've got".

aaaanyway.
