IGN clearly said that there was no mention of GTA 4 being exclusive. I wonder what the truth is?

i cant believe that about gta...i highly doubt im going to get the ps3, besides metal gear that was really the only exclusive franchise i continually followed.

i think they are putting it on other platforms, im actually not a big FF fan though, i dont like turn based type of stuff.

I know there's a Crystal Chronicles for the Wii, and as mentioned FFXI was released for 360 and PC, but I don't know of a regular Final Fantasy

it's definitely still huge. Sony had a year of exclusivity with the previous GTA's. I did read somewhere that MS does have exclusive CONTENT for it though. at least that's something

ya, id say gta is a selling point to a lot of casual PS2 buyers.

it will be interesting to see how different graphically the 2 versions are...it will put to rest the power debates anyway.

Well, I can't wait for fable 2 and gears of war. Halo 3 trailer was pretty unimpressive since theyre wasent even a hint of gameplay, but I guess I shouldn't say much since I loved the MGS4 trailer. Anyway, I'm almost done downloading the Nintendo conference :/

The only other piece of information concerns the release date. GTA 4 will ship simultaneously for the Playstation 3 and Xbox (http://ps3.ign.com/articles/706/706234p1.html#) 360 on October 16, 2007.

It's been cleared up. It will be released at the same time for both systems, however, the 360 will also have some exclusive content.

But in all honesty, I don't see why the PS3 couldn't have it's own exclusive content as well.

The Halo trailer was running in real time, so gameplay will look almost identical to what you saw.

I think the PC and 360 game-linking on xbox live is a horrible idea. While its good in theory, it will kill almost any sense of competition for people with Xbox 360. Mouse and Keyboard > Clunky Controllers any day.

I don't see how that could harm competition between 360 owners. I do think it gives more incentive to develope a mouse and keyboard for 360 users though.

it would harm competition because if you take two people, one whos good at say, halo, and one whos just starting, but you put the newbie on a mouse and keyboard he while more than likely dust the one using the console. and i play console games to use a controller, if i want mouse and keyboard, i play my computer. its just stupid.

I dunno. I didn't look at any of the trailers on Live. I expected the entire network to be flooded by goons downloading the Halo3 teaser. Haha.
