Backlit Bass Drum Head

I saw a band from the UK use a bass drum head that was back lit:

I searched the internet for awhile and the only thing I found was this site that did offer "back lit vinyl" drum heads:

I emailed them to ask if they have any pictures of these heads, references from past clients, etc. but never got a response. Does anyone know where I can purchase something like this or how I'd go about making it?

Easiest way is to use a clear resonant head, and then get a vinyl cut to cover it with the parts to be lit left open. then you need to decide on a light source and install it inside the drum.
