I'm totally biased though with this, I hated those tools on the Island, I was on team ev, and I'm on team Wes right now (and I do think the whole Johanna threatening to screw him out of the house was fake).

-I secretly have the hots for Cohutta (he's never going to win if he keeps on being a gentleman)

Casey is by far the most useless challenger they've ever had on any of these seasons. If she's on the team, you are pretty much guaranteed to lose the challenge.
And I don't think it would be straightforward at all. For one, you'd still have some douchebags strategizing and backstabbing the entire way, and 2nd they'd just have to come up with new ways of beating the other team instead of just keeping around their weakest link.
