Personally I liked the second Transformers. I think some people expect a bit too much from a childhood cartoon turned into a motion picture.

I think we can still expect:

-A running time longer than any movie about toys should be
-Plenty of forced comedy characters that don't add anything to the story
-Loud, pounding, sensory-overload, metal-in-a-blender fights
-Human interaction that far supplants robot interaction
-Not one minute of meaningful dialogue, something that you know, gives emotional fuel to many action movies

Same director. Same writer. My hopes aren't up.
