i made an artist profile and i dont know how to sign in to change it and add stuff to it

the artist name is Mark Williams

do i sign in using that name and the password i created for my personal account?

You just need to be logged in with the account you made your artist profile with . .then at the bottom right hand corner of the profile you'll see an "edit" link - click that.
