Something came up and my friend can't go anymore...just listed them on ebay. The price is ridiculous, I know and I'm pretty lenient on it. I'm just seeing if some sucker will take em for that price to be honest. Anyway, offer away.

I am a die-hard Thursday fan but there's no way I can afford that for tickets. Want to see this show but am just too broke to afford anything that's out there up for sale. Good luck selling them.

Hm, I'm pretty sure that might be illegal.. or maybe not if its a NY show.
Don't be a scalper asshole. Sell it for something reasonable.

Not illegal/don't care. I have rent due.
Online auction sites like eBay (http://www.absolutepunk.net/wiki/EBay) only enforce state ticketing laws if either the buyer and/or seller resides in the state where the event is taking place. Otherwise, there is no resell limit for tickets.
