Well, in either case the audio you are getting is the same, it is that you get more of the aesthetic with the physical release. I do prefer physical copies, but an album for $3.99 is hard to resist.

Besides, digital media is nothing. At least with a CD (or vinyl, etc.) you have a physical object to hold and look through, an actual something that can't be endlessly (and easily) reproduced and disposed of.

iPods can break and harddrives can crash. That's the main reason I buy physical albums. If you get all your music digitally and then your harddrive crashes, it all goes out the window.
