Lately I've been really into Hot Cross and La Dispute. Can you recommend any similar bands that I may not know?

You could try Native Nod.
don't know those bands but try going on www.pandora.com and looking at the "similar artists" on their profiles, that's usually pretty accurate

HOH is good. If you're looking for more technical hardcore, then I'd say Shai Hulud, Misery Signals and It Prevails. You also can't lose with Norma Jean and Oh, Sleeper.

How has no one mentioned Saetia yet? I love La Dispute, but they completely rip off Saetia.
