This is at the House of Blues in Chicago
We're All Broken was first, but we showed up for the last two songs, so I don't really have much to say about them.
mewithoutYou was next. I think they sound better live than they do on their cds. The lead singer would be playing little maracas and tamborines and stuff, it was cool. They played two new songs, and then last one they played, he actually sung. He has a pretty decent voice, I don't know why he never sang before. Theit set-list was pretty short, about 6 songs are so. I think they should've chosen different songs, at least some from [A-->B]Life.
Minus the Bear came up next. They sound just as good live as on their cd. They weren't amazing, but they weren't terrible. They just played good music with not much movement.
Then Thursday. The Geoff had so much energy. They sounded so good. There was no moshing for any of the three opening bands, and there was a ton of moshing for them. They are great live... Geoff brings so much energy to the crowd.
