Anguish Unsaid... now defunct, I believe... but the CD "Chronicles of the Restoration of the Church" is quite unique and fits the style you are talking about.
Old, old, old Underoath was black metal laden hardcore with really rad synth work. That was before they became a mallcore band, but, yeah...

In 2000, I saw them open up for Zao, along with mewithoutYou (when they were a hardcore act) and The Beloved.
That same year (or maybe 2001), I saw them again with mewithoutYou and some other hardcore acts.
Craziness, great shows... but anyway... they had a keyboard player with long black hair and a very black metal vibe, with tons of similar sounds to black metal (without, ya know, the Devil worship... some call the sub-genre of Christian black metal "Unblack Metal")... albeit, they were still hardcore.
It's funny to think that they became what they are now (not that they are better or wosre, but it's so completely different)

I'd check out This Romanic Tragedy, Enter Shikari, Asking Alexandria, Here I Come Falling, In Fear and Faith, and Sky Eats Airplane. All of them have varying levels of synth use.

One Morning Left is one, i think they have some electronic stuff. not 100% sure!
alright, they def. do!
BD_L3FT0VERZ by One Morning Left has a sick combination of hardcore and electronica.
if you want to get really heavy..like deathcore with electronica, try:
Arsonists Get All The Girls or Dr. Acula
