Does anyone know what is behind Travis?

I don't know what model that is, but it looks like a personal mixer like the Aviom A-16II (http://www.aviom.com/Product-Categories-1/Mixers-1/A-16II-Personal-Mixer) or the Roland M-48 (http://www.roland.com/products/en/M-48/index.html)

Basically, it lets him adjust the levels of what he's hearing in his headphones, and communicate with the engineer.
