I dunno but i just cant agree here...how is he a sellout? He wasnt what brought an end to blink 182, blink 182 brought an end to blink 182. And even still, if he had left Blink to start AVA...how would that make him a sellout? That means he wouldve left one of the biggest bands in the world to start all over again with a less pop sound. That to me is quite the opposite of selling out

How are they "sellouts" for getting airtime on a show? It never makes sense when I hear people rambling on about a band that "used to be cool before everyone knew about them". What's your reasoning for calling them sellouts anyway?

Yeah, you're pretty much a giant moron.
Yes, Tom is "selling out" by quitting his multi platinum band to start a new band that isn't even big enough to headline their own tour. Makes a ton of sense...
Also, "newbie"!? Who the hell uses that as offense in an argument?

The Cure said they want their effect pedals back... It was okay... I still feel bad for everybody involved in anything relating to these souls formerly known as blink 182. What do you think scott raynor is thinking? and why isnt he with tom or mark? They both need to pull their heads out of their asses and Travis needs to work on hip hop production with good hip hop artists. None of this shampoo commercial bullshit.

Umm for the fucking zillionth time that effect on the pedal is ridiculously common. 2ndly blink has pretty much given everyone everything - they made the skate punk albums the pop punk - the straight pop rock- emo tinge - they started experimenting. We as fans have tons of different blink material we shouldnt complain when different members decide they want to branch out. I mean they have a hugely successful band and you only get one life they have been afforded a great opportunity now at the age of 30 after many years of playing as blink to use their success to do alot of different things.
The performance was good. Toms always going to mess up in the singing people he started in blink they didnt care how bad or good they were at singing - regardless people seemed to enjoy him. Blinks live album toms voice was soild - he changed his singing style which probably annoys people, but you cant fault him for not singing the exact same way for his whole career. Tom did awesome on the guitar though hes usually sloppy. i think ava will get better and better with each album

so going back to the performance...yeah, ok the singing wasn't great BUT it was better than that TBS performance the other night when they destroyed "make damn sure" (was that leno or letterman?). One thing nobody is mentioning is the SHITTY BASS TONE AND PLAYING. That guys sucks bad. I'd bail on the glam punk bass player and get someone with good tone and skills. One thing mark always had in blink was good tone. This band is dissapointing. The CD is pretty weak and the live stuff I searched on you tube was a joke. We'll see how they fair in the end. I think it will sell well...but I think tom delonge hit his peak a long time ago.
