With the new Dashboard Confessional album coming out in both full band and acoustic versions I have noticed people taking sides on which version of Dashboard they like more. So the question is, do you prefer your Dashboard Confessional full band or acoustic?

i like both, but i guess acoustic. it really just depends on the song though.

His better albums were acoustic, but I like the sound of electric guitars better. The albums didn't suck because they were played with a specific kind of guitar, they sucked because the songs sucked. Shade of Poison Trees isn't any better just because it's acoustic.

acoustic. ive been a fan since 2001. i like the full band stuff, but its the acoustic stuff that got me hooked in the first place.

loved it!! wasnt into A Mark.. (besides first 5 or so songs) so much after the first 2 acoustic albums being so awesome, but loved D&S besides maybe last 2 songs on it (which were the more acoustic ones anyway) didnt like Poison Trees as all but it grew on me a yr after getting it, excited for new cd being a double of both styles

same! thought dusk was great.i actually thought last two songs of dusk were the best songs :)
at first i didnt like A mark.. but give it another go. listen to ghost of a good thing and am i missing (tracks 6 & 7) really good!
