That's debatable.
outer limits has a cool opening, but I always felt that the twilight zone's was much more iconic. althought I liked the story from outer limits where the guy is progressivly evolving, but eventual becomes a monkey.

I always found The Twilight Zone to be too shallow at times. Many of the The Outer Limits episodes have deep stories that make you think, as some of The Twilight Zone episodes had. Plus I feel The Outer Limits was a better written show overall.
