Probs with anger management

So today some bitch got me mad and I yelled at her. I wasnt even pissed enough to even yell, but i did anyways. I think its gotten to the point where I can get to A to Z or from calm state to hulk mode easily like jekyll and hyde. Who here knows what im talking about? Weightlifting doesnt even do it for me anymore. Like when I was yelling at the bitch, I wasnt even that angry but I just yelled anyways.

Its hard to explain. Its like when people are usually mad, you see red and your adrenaline is pumping and you cant really remember shit. Whereas now, its like a NOS switch in a car that I can turn on or off, and I can calmly (as calm as you get when your mad) assess things and stuff.
