I just erased my entire music library on accident. Excellent! I'm looking at this as a chance to get some new rec's, I enjoy most music. Check my profile for some of my favorites and go off of that.

Thanks everyone.

Yeah, Kris, The Glow Pt. 2 is a fantastic album.

You should check out
City Of Ships - Look What God Did To Us
The Tallest Man On Earth - Shallow Grave
Gray Ghost - Deep In The Shallow End
The Weakerthans - Reconstruction Site
Pompeii - Nothing Happens For A Reason
Margot and the Nuclear So and Sos - Not AnimaL
If These Trees Could Talk - Above The Earth, Below The Sky

And seriously, if you haven't already, make sure you listen to Pedro The Lion/David Bazan. His songs are some of the most honest struggles with faith I have ever heard.

I would be extremely surprised if you didn't love Moving Mountains, incredible heavier post rock with vocals. Grab foreword.

As far as the Microphones go, not exactly accessible but might appeal to you since you enjoy Bon Iver.
Here's a nice track:

EF? Is that just the band name? Also someone was just talking to me about Eluvium today... aren't they a pop-punk band or something? I could be totally off on that.

I'm too lazy to check this thread's posts out. I recommend:

Project 86 - Picket Fence Cartel, Songs to Burn Your Bridges To, Truthless Heroes, Drawing Black Lines
Bradley Hathaway - A Mouth Full of Dust
The National - Boxer
Kevin Max - Crashing Gates EP, The Imposter
Flee the Seen - 2009 EP, Doubt Becomes the New Addiction
Jars of Clay - Jars of Clay
Todd Agnew - Reflection of Something

Ha, you probably already know all of these, but I'll throw them out anyways, just in case. I forget what bands we've talked about besides Sleeping Giant, Hands, David Crowder, The Glorious Unseen, and mewithoutYou.

I'm shocked that you've made it this far w/out listening to them.

Do you like dc Talk? (You better, lol... Jesus Freak is, obviously, my favorite album.) Kevin Max was a member of that band, if you didn't know, and his solo material is easily the best because it doesn't try too hard to mimic that old dc Talk sound (here's looking at you, TobyMac). "Your Beautiful Mind" is amazing.

Oh, it's a fun live show for sure, but I can't take Toby's music seriously.

Michael Tait is now the permanent lead vocalist of Newsboys, which is sweet since I've never been too fond of that band beyond "Entertaining Angels" and I love his voice. Their new album (due sometime next year?) will have his vocals and songwriting from Peter Furler, Toby Mac, and Ben Moody, and maybe more. That sounds like the recipe for a great pop record.
