the new acacia cd is pretty sweet, sounds like meshugga at times. brutal as all hell, i might go to this.

I agree, I haven't heard much Meshuggah, but the CD does remind me of them, but better.

The Acacia Strain was aaawwwwwfffffffuuuuuullll when I saw them play with Darkest Hour. Maybe it's just because I can't stand that over saturated Mesa Boogie tone. It's so ear piercing, it's hard to enjoy.
