Anything I should know before buying tickets for a game at Camden Yards? Alcohol free seating? (That I would obviously want to avoid haha). Any obstructions, good/bad seating, etc?

it's good everywhere really. obviously pregame before because beer lines tend to get a bit long, but the whole park is nice.

if you wander the Eutaw street before the game, there are dollar dogs and peanuts and stuff. You're allowed to bring them in, so get your food there.

When it gets closer to game time you'll have to remind me of all these things. We're coming down for the weekend August 5-6. And of course we'll need to know the best places to party!

i don't think it will be that bad...my brother's taking me to a cabin where we can just ride dirt bikes and 4-wheelers all the time. then we're going to see the eagles play in canton for the hall of fame game.

judging from the amount of people that attend, you'll probably be asked to move behind the dugouts to make it look like people actually care about that team. you know, for television purposes.

It's that bad? That's a shame. Well we're going for the O's/Yanks series. I hear there are a lot of Yankees fans that attend so it should be good. The group I'm going with includes a die hard O's fan as well, so it should be interesting.

the O's pull ok attendence for a team that's already out of it. Plus they have plenty of close by teams and rivals coming in that help sell the place out. He's just being an uninformed ass.

and by "selling the place out" you mean still having entire sections down the left and right field lines completely empty, then yes, yes I agree.

Camden Yards is great. The cheap upper deck seats have the most obnoxious people but if you get centerfield or on a baseline, its like $15-20 bucks, good seats and decent people.
