So it looks like that wily Michael Crafter is fronting a new band called "Confession." Whaddyall think of them? Their new record "Cancer" came out a couple days ago, and it sound a bit like Bury Your Dead mixed with Misery Signals, aka some good stuff!

I personally think it is awful, and nothing Crafter does will ever be as good as IKTPQ.

Yeah, Confessions came out a while ago here in Aus.
Its not bad, but its not great either.
Crafter is an amazing performer though, I will say that.

i don't like crafter AT ALL he has good stage presence but the bands he joins in are too heavy for his vocal style

Downloading their album right now. I liked the song I heard on their myspace. I didn't even know Crafter was in this band at first, haha.

I generally dislike Crafter's vocals, so I've avoided looking into these guys. Everyone here was all over their EP a while ago. I might check out the album, it seems to be getting pretty positive feedback.

I definitely think that they've stepped up their game from the EP they had out. I personally didn't think the EP was worth mentioning, but after listening to the new album, they just sound MUCH more focused. Also, is it just me or does it sound like Crafter's vox have changed quite a bit from previous releases? His vox sound much more lower and meaty than before.
