As far as Nic Cage goes, it's one of his better roles. I really liked the Weatherman though.

He plays a depressed weatherman. I think that's the best way I can describe it. You should check it out though. He does those roles much better than his action/superhero/wicker man roles.

Hahah right on. I'll make a note of it. I liked the Treasure hunter ones, cheesy as they are. And Con Air hahah. Other than those, I can't actually think of many other movies I've seen and liked him in. :/

Face Off is a sweet movie. Also, he actually did used to do good movies when he was starting out, like Raising Arizona.

Gah, I've never seen those either. I saw Knowing, unfortunately, and I know we started to watch Adaptation in my senior english class but I don't remember much of it or if we even finished.

Despite Nic Cage's current shit streak, I'll always love this movie.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only fan. I love the airport scene when he's telling her all about their life together. So sweet.

if you know the story behind the script it makes more sense.

I'd say I'm pretty familiar with it. I like the movie a lot, its just very out there. That's CK for you though.

I'll definitely have to check out the Weatherman.

Totally unrelated movie, but just to keep myself from making another thread that'll die in a few days, any fans of Someone Like You? Caught most of that tonight and hadn't seen it in a while. I love it.
