Ive had 3 years of proffessional vocal coaching and instruction plus being in about 9 bands in my life 2 of which have been semi serious. Im looking for something with flexibility as far as sound.
my influences are Taking Back Sunday, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Boys Like Girls, Mayday parade, The Doors, AC/DC, Paramore, Fallout Boy, Escape The Fate, Scary kids Scaring kids.
I want something that just rocks without strict boundaries. Ive been in too many bands that have written songs based on the other bands members one or two favorite bands and i cant deal with that kind of limited spectrum.
Im looking for people who are willing to do Upbeat songs as well as slower ones.
If you only write in either the major or minor keys then this is not right for you. I write in major and minor, both sad and happy songs.
I need a drummer who is consistent can play double bass and has no problem with playing simple beats when necessary.
Guitarists who are willing to play poppy riffs as well as soft riffs and acoustic and who are creative and original.
Bass players who are willing to play simple bass lines that carry and support the songs they are playing as well as being able to step outside of the box and go a little wild.
any other instruments are welcome as well.
I dont expect anyone to respond to this since im not well known or signed or anything. but i am the most dedicated musician you will ever meet in your life and I can say that with 100 percent confidence.
I am in this business to make a career out of it and I am very persistent.
If i make a band with you and we sound good together. Expect to go on tour, write, record, play out full time.
