High Tension has to be the goriest film ever made. Tell me what is it with movies today, they all have the dual identity idea that Fight Club started.

Yeah. It really wasnt that good, but the gore was so heavy. The ending/story when it unfolded was awful.

High Tension has to be the goriest film ever made.No. The few parts were kinda cool though. The ending was so horrible. And yea, Fight Club started that idea.

I meant to say popularized it. Hide and Seek, High Tension, Secret Window......the list goes on. Also did you see the unrated version?

Yeah thats probably it then. For an American dub of a French film they left alot of stuff in there. When she hit him with the barbed wire bat, and the mother's throat being slit and her head detaching from her head were things that you dont see in American horror. I was basing it versus American horror, not all horror in general. I know the foreign films are much worse.

I can't stand live action dubbing. I watched it with the subtitles.

It sucked really bad, I was reminded of Rumble in the Bronx haha. Oh and I left it the way it came and about 75% was dubbed but for some reason whenever the killer talked it was kept in French with subtitles, as well as the other 25%.
