As Tall As Lions is the best live show ive seen in quite some time.
they rocked my socks. intelligent and passionate music. and they stuck around for at least an hour to chat.

Cassino. if you like accoustic music. its well done. the gin war. a highlight of the lead guitar player's skill.

yeah as tall blew me away. i wasnt previously a fan of their stuff until i heard the new stuff live. it was amazing, but i think it sucks they cant capture the same energy on disc. im curious to see what the new album will sound like

they did not play break blossom, as they told me after, they are just kind of sick of it.

to the comment about capturing their enegry of the live show on record, that is excatly what they told me about their next release. be pumped. august 8th, is a long time away. :(

seriously, im still stoked about this show. it was amazing. better than anything ive seen in a long time. words can not capture. go support this band you whores.

Thanks for that! I went ahead and saw them in Columbus last night and that's basically what they did and also played Break Blossom for the encore (there were less than 20 of us left). I'm thankful I saw them because they did put on the best show I've seen in a long time and I was amazed at how much energy they still put into it for so few people being there. They didn't play 96 Heartbeats until the middle of the seat and I would guess there were the same amount of songs after that as before that, so I'd guess it was a 13 song set or so. They asked for requests too, which was something I hadn't had to opportunity of being in a such a small crowd for a band to hear a request. Please see their show if they're around anyone else. You're in for a great time.
