We'll be completely honest and say up front that we have had the worse experiences with female singers, but don't let that discourage you girls (we still have some faith left ;)
We need someone who:
*eats, sleeps, breathes, talks music
*is professional and dedicated
*can interact with fans, media, etc. (You should have personality and be able to work a crowd)
*is not married or thinking about marriage
*preferably 18-26
*has taken voice lessons and more importantly will continue to take voice lessons
*can write
*has no problem leaving their family, friends, boyfriends/girlfriends, jobs for tours!!
*has an understanding of being in an indie band and the work that goes in it
*will help out and promote, write, contribute, be on time to rehearsal (we don't want dead weight!)
*most of all, we want this person to enjoy our style of music and love of being in a band
The songs you hear on our myspace page are a few years old and have US & International label interest. We have a stack of new ones ready to be recorded that sound similar but with a bit of edge. We are located in Orange County (fullerton/anaheim) and practice about 3 days a week (or more if we could)
