Why did Joe find it necessary to hit me in the head with the neck of his bass twice last time I saw them? Meh. I have no serious questions for them. I love them though. Fun to hang out with.

What has been your favorite city to play in besides your hometown of Chicago?

Will we ever see you guys play a song from your "All In Your Head" CD? I'd like to hear Danny's vocals on them. I think he'd rip it up

In an interview you did with Alt Press, you said, pretty much, that FOB had stolen the idea for Dance, Dance from you. Do you still stand by that claim?

How is playing Chicago? Do you feel like most kids have gotten over the drama from the entire bob//evo out / timmy/danny in?

why do you ask for $400 in catering at your shows only to spend that money on a private party for you and your friends and get drunk before playing in your hometown? wouldnt you want to use that money more wisely? just a tip guys!

Ask the singer which trend he's gonna sell out to next? I went to the same High School in his district and knew alot of mutual people one year he was in an NFG rip off band wearing Hurley and Dickies with short spikey hair the next year he was in a band that sounded just like story of the year wore tight black clothes with long girly hair and now he's in a band that sounds just like fall out boy

1. Have you started working on any new songs and if so, how do they compare to the ones on Controversy Loves Company?

Details, please

i looked, but i think i threw out the issue it was in. in a feature on theAUDITION, the singer said, and obviously this isnt verbatum, I dont have it in front of, something about fall out boy being at one of their shows, liking what they heard, and as a result, Dance, Dance came about. and a couple of the tracks on CLC commented on that.

when i interviewed patrick, he said he'd never listened to them, he just knew of them through bob, from the hush sound.

read that here http://www.ministryofmuggles.org/slh/articles/002.shtml

Which venue (Chicago and surrounding suburbs) is their favorite.
Are the guys as obsessed over Chipotle as their Judition counterparts (June)?
Which Chicago band is their favorite to tour with?

questions:

how did they come up with the band name / album name?
how did the video treatment [for "You've Made Us Conscious"] come to be?
do you have ideas on the new album or sound of it?
would you ever play show in hawaii?
how'd you come up with the concept for Controversy Loves Company? the artwork?
how did it feel to create a full length and release it on a label (Victory)?
were you glad you got the record done and out?
how's tour? what it's like?
where's you favorite city to play so far? how's that crowd?
what is you favorite song to play live?
who's your favorite band to tour with so far?
what's the one thing you need on tour?
what do you miss most when on tour?
any advice to a aspiring musician?

that is all...maybe you could use some of them

my two cents (unsolicited I know) on theAudition vs. FOB Dance Dance Drammer...when the audition was still unsigned (meaning Bob and Evo were in the band) they played a song called dance dance revolution, it eventually got changed around quite a bit, and became the first song on the CLC (I forget what the renamed it...nevermind, checked purevolume 'Dance Halls Turn To Ghost Towns') Anyway, before the song was reworked the part of the chorus that goes "dance, dance, dance, dance" was much more prominant and pretty much dominated the chorus. Through the rewriting process it became a little bit more washed out....Anyway, when the FUTCT came out, they obviously had a song on there (sorry don't own the record, don't know the title) they had a track on the cd, that after about 30 seconds everyone and their mother who I know that had heard of the audition would comment, 'doesn't this sound exactly like theaudition'...which, in many cases it does. Personally, fall out boy was a nation act before they wrote the song and the audition was still playing locally and I highly doubt Pete/Patrick were stalking local shows in the burbs of chicago looking for songs to rip off. While the two songs sound the same, I think it's just because both bands write very similar to one another...

hope that helps more than it confuses

I'm seeing this tour next week in Baltimore. I look forward to your interview though. I guess I'd also like to have them clear up that FOB thing.

Ask them how it feels to have the biggest crowd out of all the bands on the Curses Tour, at the Orlando show.
And ask if all of the shows are like that, or was this an exception.

and, how exactly did they get on this tour? i'm not complaining, seeing how I love theAudition, but they don't seem to fit with the other bands all that well...

what do you plan to do with the off-time you have in august? and stop stepping on my fingers at the shows [even though you usually apologize] :).
