This is so the wrong place to be asking for anything really but... So I've never had a girlfriend because I don't really talk to girls. Usually I just hang out with my roommate and his buddies and we play Halo and watch Star Trek... but I've been thinking about getting a girlfriend because all of the other guys have one and I feel left out. A few weeks ago, I saw this girl on my campus and was just blown away - she was really hot. The trouble is, we don't have any classes together, and I don't think I've seen her since. So I decided to look for other girls. I started scoping out girls in my classes, but I found out that the majority of them don't use Purell after they touch a doorknob, and I don't think I could go out with anyone that unclean. One girl, I saw, though, did use Purell after she entered the classroom. I was head over heels. Fast forward to now, I asked her out to dinner and got her number a couple days ago but didn't call for multiple reasons, the main one being I felt she had an ugly face. Thursday we were talking (about whether Battlestar Galactica is better than Doctor Who) and she asked why I hadn't called her yet so I said I'd give her a call. Anyways I went out last night with my roommate and his pals and I asked thhem about girls and, specifically, about this girl. They told me about this 1-10 rating scale and that the girl I was thinking about dating was a 2. I think that's pretty good, since 1 is obviously the best you can get. I mean, who would put 10 as the best? So I quickly texted the girl and set something up. Now that I've landed the date, what do I need to do to keep her hooked? I mean, I've never had a girlfriend before because when I was living at home my parents wouldn't let me. But damn this girl is what my roomie's friends call a 2, and even though I think she's ugly, a 2 must be good. Also, she does know a bit about sci-fi and that is definitely a plus. I don't want to lose this girl because I don't know if I will ever be able to land another date again, so what do I need to do?
