The final album version of Casket Salesmen (http://www.casketsalesmen.com)'s "The Anaheimlich Maneuver" can be heard on the band's MySpace (http://www.myspace.com/casketsalesmen) and pureVOLUME.com (http://www.purevolume.com/casketsalesmen) pages. The album track differs from the demo in a few ways, as it features guest appearances by Steve Borth of Rx Bandits on the saxophone and Chris Sheets of Rx Bandits on the trombone, along with Nicole Verhamme of Mythmaker on vocals.
