Cartel (http://www.cartelrocks.com)'s live EP, Live Dudes, will be available for free with the purchase of Chroma on June 13th at these (http://www.cartelrocks.com/retail.html) select independent stores, while supplies last.

Any ideas of the tracklisting or if you can buy it separately?

It sounds like it won't be the kind of thing that is sold seperately but I guess we can hope...

umm unless this is available separately looks like ill have to go without. who needs two copies of the same cd? nothing wrong with supporting cartel, but let me support them by buying a live ep, not forcing me to buy a cd i already have and get a live ep with it.

If you're willing to pay for the live EP anyway, why not just buy the CD again (it's pretty cheap at most indie stores, at least around here) and give the extra copy of Chroma away as a gift?

Or better yet, buy Chroma, keep the EP, then bring the sealed copy of Chroma to Wal Mart or Best Buy and say you got it as a gift. You'll get store credit even with no receipt, so then you can buy a different CD.

Problem solved. :)

I wish it was being released separately. :(

i dont think it would be that shocking if they ended up putting them online a month into their re-release. just an incentive to rebuy the album. too bad ill be in europe spending my money on....other...things....

Most live promo EPs are not for resale (see Thursday - Live In Detroit, AFI - Live At The Hard Rock, etc). As another poster said, just purchase the album (again if needed) and then try to resell/return the album for store credit somewhere.

"But when I ask about the next record or perhaps the release of an EP, Pugh shrugs. “I am kind of over EPs. We just want to write a lot. But I would guess that by this time next year we will have already recorded something and or about to put something out.”

haha thats odd isnt it
