I need advice

So, I'm otherwise straight and have a girlfriend, but with a bit of a problem. I am also slightly attracted to the same gender. Not like, sexually. I don't know. It's weird. Like, I recognize when a dude is handsome or whatever. But some of the same things straight dudes feel for girls, like a desire for emotional connection and closeness... I get that with dudes.
Does this make me bisexual, or just fucked in the head?
You can make fun of me all you want, as long as they're at least one honest to God reply in here that will help me figure out my problem, then I am prepared to take whatever degree of bashing I deserve before I get to that one reply.

I was driving with a friend through seattle and for the first few days he was going on and on about how wrong all of these gay guys were and how sick it was, then when we were stuck in traffic he told me that he questioned his sexuality because he would see guys and think they were good looking.

Long story short, theres no such thing as hardcore straight, and theres nothing wrong with acknowledging the attractiveness of the same sex. It doesnt mean you're fucked in the head. this. and i am bi and that surprised a lot of people i hold close to me. i am not gonna bullshit you, i get a lot of slack for it. some people insist that being bisexual is a completely made up thing and that i must be gay cause there is no way u can like both sexes. idk, i like having sex with both male and females. i just like sex. i have only ever been in love with one person, and she is a girl, and although I fucked that relationship up, i am still in love with her to this day. so forget what others think or say, i try to at least. i am not going to limit myself b/c society says to. if, in the future i meet a really great girl that i have this instant attraction to, then fuck yeah! but if that person that i meet is "the one" and that person happens to be a guy, then i am not gonna let something like gender get in the way of that. missed opportunities are a bitch. anyways, dont know if that helped any, but i never get a chance to talk about that shit, cause i really dont see the need to. i refuse to let my sexuality, something that i believe should be private, define who i am. i have a small core of friends, about 8 or 9, and 6 are guys. they are all straight as an arrow. but they are all accepting and they dont define me by what i do in private. fuck, why does that even matter to them? i am not gonna say i didnt lose some friends, specifically guy friends, when i told them that i liked to bang dudes once in a while, but in the end, they were not friends of mine for they took that and judge our relationship off of it. it sucked for a little while, but in the end, i filtered out the bad, and kept the good. i guess that is my advice to you, bi, straight, gay, w/e, just dont let it define u, and if ur friends try to define u by it, then find some new friends.

I think Bi-sexuality is either a stage or a changing point when someone is confused with their sexuality and is having trouble trying to figure out if they are Gay or straight. I think it's possible that you might be confused with your sexuality and are stuck in limbo with it.
