just do it, hit print screen, open paint go to edit, hit paste, and cut it out

ok i know how to do the fucking paint thing, but i have no clue how to get it on to the paint thing. when it comes to doing basically anything on the computer, yes i am a dumbass, sorry im not a computer geek. the fucking picture is Flash, which means that i cant just copy and paste it, and everyone is telling me to use the fucking print screen, but no where on that screen does it say or show anything i can paste it to the paint thing.

1) while you are ON THE PAGE W/ THE SP PIC ON IT, pres the print screen on your KEYBOARD...

2. in paint press PASTE

4. select the area with your picture.. and now you HAVE IT
