I'm super psyched for Raditude! Who's with me? It'll be cool to see their collaboration with Katy Perry and Lil Wayne on this record (yes, a little odd, but it'll be cool I'm sure).

In fact, not to brag, I'm actually invited to their private show in NYC to check out some of these songs live through a contest iheartradio is running..I'm not sure of the link but if you Google something like "weezer on the island of manhattan" it comes up. They're handing out tickets left and right LOL so I'm pretty sure I won't be the only one who scored these tix.

If you go, let me know! I'd love to meet up with some absolutepunkers!!!!!

Weezer has turned into a phony version of their old self.

i lost interest in weezer over the years but they are again one of my favorites after seeing them twice this summer on the blink tour (one of the times they headlined on the cancelled saratoga date)

I'll just say this... Weezer deserved to headline those shows they played with blink this summer. Regardless of what you think of their post-90's stuff, there's no denying they're an amazingly tight live band.

I'm super stoked for Raditude... I'm not expecting musical genius, I'm expecting good, energetic power-pop, and I know it will deliver.

Weezer blew Blink out of the water at the show I saw (VirginFest, DC.)

Maladroit is an awesome album. I'm not kidding. It's my favorite after Blue and Pinkerton. Anyone share this view?

My favorites are in the order they were released, with Blue being my favorite and TRA my least favorite.

Agreed, Maladroit is legit. Post-hiatus Weezer isn't all bad; they're just a different band. Accept that and move on. Green Album and Maladroit are solid power pop records. Make Believe has its moments, and Red was just... yeah. We'll see about Raditude.
