I love finding new music. I've most recently got into Moving Mountains, Built to Spill, Sunset Rubdown, The Appleseed Cast, Sufjan Stevens and Do Make Say Think. I WILL GIVE ANYTHING A SHOT.

Very good stuff, I'm for sure going to try to find Shouting at Mountains.

It's alright, I just don't think I'm enough of a folk guy to fully appreciate it. This band is something I will have to revisit, maybe it will grow on me.

Certainly not bad at all, just can't get into it enough to add to my collection. They have LOTS of potential.

Just couldn't get into it. I won't lie though, the band name is a terrible turn-off.

Anything else?

I highly recommend Vedera. They are a new band on Epic Records, and they are actually up for voting on MTVu's Freshman right now. Their sound is like this awesome mix of super uplifting tunes with real soothing vocals and melodies. You can check out their video for "Satisfy" at this link, and if you like it you can vote for the video, too. http://bit.ly/1OMn07

I really recommend The Maine, they're such a talented and amazing band.
They're INDIE/POP/ROCK/PUNK sort of like that?

But anyways, if youre in TEMPE ARIZONA, definately check out their new edition to the OP TOUR, and it'll be at the Marquee Theatre & and doors will open at 6 :).
